• Operational Records: Society maintenance payment tracking details (UPI transaction IDs/UTRs), booking requests, and broadcast notifications.
• Image/Receipt Uploads: If you upload receipts for society expenses or maintenance payments, they are stored securely in our Firebase Storage bucket.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Sai Dwaar application.
• Verify identity and authenticate logins via OTP.
• Allow the society administration to manage registrations, flat allocations, and maintenance ledgers.
• Send important society-wide or flat-specific push notifications and emergency alerts.
• Track society balances and record approved operational expenses.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase Services (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Storage):

• All connection requests between the application and database are encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS.
• Access is restricted solely to verified society members and administrators using Firebase Security Rules.
• We implement robust safety measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Sai Dwaar is a private, community-based management utility. We do not sell, trade, rent, or share user personal identification information with third parties or advertising networks. Your data remains strictly within the bounds of your housing society's secure instance.

Users have the right to request access to their data or request deletion of their account details from the society database.
